u deff need lights , ventilation, pots, soil(mixed with perlite), seeds, etc.... u'll figure out what lights will fit best in ur situation. i use flurotubes for veging the plants and HPS for flowering.

okay, for 10 plants, a 600 watt hps would work and a 600 watt MH for vegging if you can afford it, you can use hps all the way if you want, of course you need pots, and maybe fluorescent tubes and those tray things for sprouting... then there's the medium, foxfarm ocean forest works well with perlite (optional but worth it). ventilation, probably windows in that room... some fans.

nah man...ur computer is maybe 450-500 watts, but u can always use cfls too

1 500 cfm fan and ducting 100$
4 4 ft t5 fluros ( 2 for mothers 2 for vegging clones) 150$
2 Skunk 1 mothers 100$

Pots 50$
bubblecloner 50$
so 1000$ give or take
not including initial plywood and paint costs (if any) and routine maintenance
