what would you do

as you can see I am up to my lights in tops. This is a 6x5 area. I am in my second week of flower after six weeks of veg. Had to start because of heigth restrictions. I have 16 inches left to raise the liights any one with some tanagble advice on what course I sould take

i would tie the plants down...this seems like the only option...just use some twine and tie down while they are still pliable
