What you’d say this plant is lacking?

Hey would you guys say this plant is lacking nitrogen? The first two pics are one plant and the third is another. It’s only on the new growth and the one section under the new growth the bottom still green… the environment is the same and so is the feed… the other pics are of other plants in the rooms with them…

Poor lighting. Is there actually a bluish green color to some of the leaves? Your plant is wispy. What type of light and actual wattage is it?
 
I just put a new light in this is like day 2 with it yesterday they weren’t reacting to well to it wilting today a lot better I’ll send a link to the light it actually watt is 240
 
I did notice they start to wilt an hour or hour half before the lights about to go out
