Looking to buy a light for seedlings / early veg. Stuck between these two:

HIGROW 50W Full Spectrum UFO LED Grow Light Panel with Reflector and Switch for Indoor Plants Seeding Growing and Flowering https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B075VLM46P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XCPGCbE9HQSXT

HIGROW 50W LED Grow Light White, Sunlike 100 LED Full Spectrum Grow Lamp, 2-Switch, 360 Degree Flexible Gooseneck Plant Light for Indoor Greenhouse Hydroponic Plants Seeding, Growing, Flowering https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07MB15WS5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_NOPGCbSS3N4QC

What light would be better? Open to other suggestions as well.
I’m leaning towards the gooseneck light for the convenience factor.

I use T5 HO lighting for both!

I have a 4 bulb 2 ft set over my clones BUT, only use the center 2 light bulbs. This is 24 inch's above the plants. Even less might help time to root a bit but, it's working fine so why change?

I run 6 spot and 8 spot 4x4's for the main part of vegging.. I alternate spectrum's on the 8 spots...

Older vegging plants get the uber hooded 1K MH's. These are the up potted to final pot plants that sit there for 8-10 days for roots to begin a good set into the new soil. They are sent to bloom at the end of the "root set" period. Sometimes a bit longer to hit my size needs.

Without a doubt t5’s imo are the best for vegging.

Can you go the other way. Stop LED and put 2-3 week old under florescent to continue veg

Thanks for the responses. I’ll definitely look into getting a T5 fixture down the road. I need something a little more eco for now though. Currently where I live I’m only allowed to grow 4 plants at a time until I get a medi license.

The purpose for the new light I want to buy is to give myself a head start by a month or so until my current crop is done flowering.
Y’all think this light will be suitable for 4 seedlings for around a month or so?
