What's causing these spots>

These spots have developed on my Bruce Banner leafs. The plants are in smaller containers and I am about to transplant to 5 gal pots with a mixtuer od coco coir and Fox Farm Ocean Forest.

Does this indicate a nutrient, light, watering problem, etc? What can I do?
