What's going on w/ my seedlings?

They have some discoloration so early and there growing slow!!!!!!!!
It's been about 8days, what's going on?

if ur using nutrients, stop, use them at like 1/4th strength MAX,,especially for tiny plants in tiny pots.

get a dome too. humidity is great at that age/size

Using MGrow soil w/ fertilizer. Suppose to fertilize for up to six months.
Is a fan good to use during this stage
