What's happening *urgent help*

"Hello hope your all doing well" I'm new here and pretty new to growing, it's only my second grow, first one ran with no issues at all.
I moved home (country) and decided to do another grow but things have gone down hill rapidly in the last week and aren't getting better, problem started on fan leaves but has now progressed to new growth, here's info on my current set up and conditions:

Temps and humidity controlled by inkbird, 2 x fans, 1 @ floor level and 1 oscillating above canopy (leaves moving ever so slightly)

2 x Auto kush plants 2.5 wks into flower.
Grow medium general purpose compost with mix of coco @ ph 6-7 with 20% perlite (2.5 gallon pots)
18/6 hrs light, 100w led (tent 80x80x160).
25 degree light on, 21 degree light off, rh 53.
Feed bio bizz range @ recommended feed,
Watering with tap water 210 ppm & 6.2ph every 2-3 days when soil dries a little.

Problem only seems to be with one plant, they are same seeds but different phonotype.

100 W isn't enough light and your plant is cold (69-75), it should be around 85 at the leaf when using LED.

I could discuss your substrate but until you get more light/heat that won't help you
OK thanks for your response, my light is at around 18" from canopy (650 ppfd, 38dli using photone app) will it help a little if I lower the light and turn up my oil rad to say 87 ambiant? And would low light and temps cause what you see in the pics?

I'd turn the oil radiator up. But without enough light the plant can't utilize the nutrients it's given so you could see any type of deficiency, most commonly P but P also shows with lack of light. I don't use the phone app and I don't measure PPFD but 650 seems high for a 100 w LED. Are you sure it's 100 W draw from the wall?

Anyway the LED experts will be around soon. Just up the temp some while you wait. Let me call in a couple people to get this party started :)

Yes it's 110 watt draw from the wall, I'm running my set up using a plug in monitor to measure my Watts and kwh from my master socket. The light is a DIY full spectrum light that I used on my last grow with reasonable results, it's currently running approx 80% 2700k and 20% 4000k for flower. I did grid the tent and mapped ppfd but again using the app and was hitting 900 ppfd, but used that app as it was trialled by mygrow and gave reasonable results. I'll lower the light and up my temps as at least that will be a starting point. Thanks

That sounds like a good start. Welcome to RIU.

Sounds like your right by the sounds of things.
Chalk it up to learning experience. We all have done some things we regret. The best way to learn what works and doesn't for you is to try. So next time, don't do what you did this time ;). Remember it's a marathon not a sprint. It'll take some time to get things dialed in and for your exp and comfort levels to increase.
I'll always refer back to 'kiss'. Keep it simple.... The last part is kinda mean so I'll leave it out but you know what I'm sayin.

Yes I might not have the best light out there but to be honest it does the job for what I need and can afford under my current sutuation, my last auto gave me a nice 1.5 oz dried under the same light which is definitely less than the electric I spent to grow it (here in poland I pay 0.50 zl a kilowatt which equates to around 11 cents) You can see from the pics I've posted up now that at just under 4 weeks into flower they're not doing too bad don't think. P. S I've upgraded the bulbs to 19 watt and 22watt led's so now pulling just over 180 amp from the wall.
