What's in your super soil?

Hi, I am new to RIU and am just looking around through the forums and gathering a lot of great information about growing. I use sub cos super soil with fox farms happy frog and was just wondering what everyone else uses. Post pictures of the beauties you've grown in your blend of super soil or just organic teas. I'm trying to gather some valuable information from some more experienced growers like most of you on RIU. Thank you for the posts and advice in advanced

This is my amnesia bilbo haze that I'm growing in sub cools blend and it is looking really great so far in my opinion. 10 days into flower. Super excited to see how the buds turn out! The smell and taste especially!
