whats the best way to change the dark period?

I need to change my dark period from 12pm/12am to 8am/8pm. would you suggest having an extended day or night?

I would tend to agree on the double night theory. Putting them in the dark a little extra might make em really bud up. Know a fella on here was recommending 36 hrs of dark twixt veg and bloom and also when you fixing to pluck it. He was an exspurt I think.

I had to do this as well and I was informed more time to bud and root is better than stressing them out. Think about it would u rather sleep till next week or stay awake waiting? Lol
