What's the best way to filter pollen

Hi guys going to be building a new grow cupboard soon and will be growing a male in a separate cupboard to polenate small amount of a couple of my plants but will have to keep them in the same room what can I use to filter pollen on the intake for the cupboard? Can I use something like cooker carbon filter or anything else cheap like that to filter the intake of would I need an activated carbon filter?
