Most dry organic fertilizer mixes aren't fully water soluble. You could make a tea with it and it would probably work but the best way is to follow the instructions. They're meant to slowly break down over time in the soil.
I haven't ever had good luck with the dry amendments due to their slow breakdown. I personally would use a nutrient line in coco or look into super soil..
I use them a lot, dont bother with teas.Add EWC with some dry, mix in and water over.
A simple mix is 1 cup 444 to 5g of promix hp.Wet it down let sit 2-4 weeks and plant.Too hot for a seedling but a clone will take it.Then just add the dry/ewc as the plant grows.Watering now becomes important, keep the top moist but dont over water.
