what's the difference in seed types?

what the difference in auto flower- reg- fem seeds? fem is supposed to be guaranteed female plant I assume. reg is a shot in the dark at male or female? and auto I just don't get? cant seem to find an explanation anywhere, and im looking at purchasing some beans!

Autos will flower without 12/12. They will flower when they're ready, regardless of light cycle. And you're right about the other ones.

regs are male or female, fems will all be fems and autos are shit and should be fed to the birds, I always feed my chicken with free auto seeds so I make sure to always get free seeds that are regs, last lot was a nice jack herer both were female

Auto's don't have lightening requirements like regular plants so everyone lights them between 18-24 a day until they are done, where regular flowers flower at 12x12.

The autoflower's still smell dank with a skunk hybrid so you have to have the ventilation addressed anyway. With all the other environmental factors the same, I go with the regular photo seeds for a larger yield.

Stick with the Fems, as you only want the girls anyway (or at least I do).

If your doing autoflower's, may I suggest Samsara Seeds Ultravoilet. The seed review said UV's high is euphoric. Well, I'd say it rocked my world, knocking me on my rear. Dripping with resin, this sativa hybrid rocks whether smoked, vaped or made into wax.

If I go back to auto's, Ultravoilet will be the reason.
