Whats the issue?

I have and still battling spider mites. They have gone down a lot the last few weeks. Plants finally bouncing back then I see these yellow spots. Using TGSC earth dust. This plant is almost 3 months old in veg. I don't want to flip til she's in perfect condition. Water with straight tap, good well water as instructed by TGSC
