whats the perfect combination of CFL lights during flowering?

Hey guys !
I got bored to from having to handle the local dealer on a weekly basis , so this is my first home
grow. I'm not in the USA nor Europe, so technology wise im limited. therefore i chose to go on with CFLs, cuz we dont have HPS here. ( and thats from the Red Lebanese capital!)
So my closet pretty much : 130 cm wide , 80cm deep and 160cm height.
Im keeping in there 2 beautiful Northern Lights ( first grow = smth dear to the heart = NL), now in week 6 flowering. But its just now that it had gotten to me that i might be using to much light:
I have 2 central 85w each lamps (6400k daylight) and 4 peripheral 48w (6400k daylight) laying above the 2 angels.

So according to u guys , u experts, (hope i'll be one of u one day hehe)
how many CFL watts do i need above each plant while in mid flowering season?
is 6400K daylight a good choice? or should i gotten the warm light 2700k ?
and what do u conisder as a safe distance from plant to that huge 85w lamp ???

THANKS SO MUCH GUYS !!

I used to mix the spectrums, 3 red bulbs for 1 blue bulb in flower.
Id recomend alot of them, at leat 100+ watts.
An keep em close , 4inches?
