can you top a 5 inch plant?

need more info about the plant. How old? how big?

My rule of FIM is fourth set of leaves sprouting starts my FIM. When i see them get big enough to say, ha ha, you cant hide from me now, i FIM them.

This is a plant in its 5th week of life.
