What do you guys think could have caused this? I've previously had a potassium issue but there should be tons OK k in there! I'm 100% organic so no pH no nutes or anything like that! Nothing put a bottle!

Waxy looking, dark green w/ burnt tips. If this is an older leaf did it just start?

It is an older leaf and was taken from the bottom I just noticed the burning and stuff in the last day or so

OK I got some pics was also able to find one more small bottom leaf with the same symptoms!
I've noticed it appears to have an excess of nitrogen! Has the basic curl and dark leaves!

Absolutely N toxicity. That's y I noted dark green and waxy, not horrible though

But could that cause the yellowing and dying parts of the leaf?

looks like the beginning of Potassium deficiency, maybe? can too much N lock out K?
