this plant is about 24 days old does anybody know what this is? Im pretty sure its just a new shoot (top) growing out but i would like some other opinions

although now that i look at it a little closer it sorta looks like an extra looks like you got a mutant

You just got an extra bud site. Hopefully it'll grow out and become fully developed. I have one on my plant as well, but smaller. It isn't going to amount to anything. Maybe you'll be luckier.
