First time someone catches a whiff that's all it takes for the pigs to be in your power bill. And I'll go on to say the pigs here are ruthless , personal experience of a "friend" just recently. They smelled his grow, they got into his power bill, it was over the average household in the hood. They knocked on door late at night, cuffed him in his underwear , sat him by a tree in his yard and THEN flashbanged him. If you think you're gonna be "legal" and not worry , rethink things.
