Five gallon pots, ph of soil is like 6.8 but I dont have an ec meter so I dont know the what that reading is. I typically water every 3 days or so

let the soil dry out longer, until the pot is very light. then the plant can absorb better some of the nutes. your flooding/drowning it in the middle/bottom part

droopyness isnt a good sign but can be caused by a number of things... you water again when the soil is sonewhat not humid anymore (light pot), then you water the whole soil, soil can take about 1/4th to 1/3rd of the pots volume in water. such a small plant may need up to a week until you beed to water again.
once the plant is 2-3 times the pot size, you can water more frequently, esp. when they are healthy under strong light or high ambient temps.
you are watering too often, on small plants in soil thats not good.

hope this helps you a bit
