no one gets high their first time is it because your first time your supposed to smoke some lesser nug
i took my friends that wanted to try it and lite up some kush and got them high off their asses

lol I dont know why people say it.The first time I smoked I got lit,and it was probably less then 1 gram of dirt in a dutch.

when i was young and i burned for my 1st time i got realy high but then again this was a long ass time ago

i was pretty drunk the first time i got hi so i wouldn't of known anyway. i did put a lampshade on my head and stand in the corner for like 5 minutes, but that could of easily been the alcohol.

I had a gram the first time I smoked and didn't really get that high. The second time I tried it, I smoked a joint and greened out totally. I think its mostly the luck of the draw but also dependent on quality, method, tolerance and most importantly...frame of mind. I've seen people smoke small amounts a reefer and go stupid like a 14yo girl at a Hanna Montana concert.

I think people who don't get high the first time inhale wrong. The only kids I know who didn't get high their first times are all people who kind of suck at smoking anyway, those who understand to actually inhale and then hold it, bam you stoned

good point. i was a smoker and knew how to inhale when i first tried it at my friends house as a 16 year old from an aluminum can on what my friend called 'one hit and quit shit'.

that was the highest i have ever been. i literally thought my life was a movie and i was observing it frame by frame.

I agree with you on the frame of mind. I get soooo ripped now off a blunt. I did used to smoke more but still smoke fairly heavy, but man I just get so high now. Weird

my first time i got ripped, i was 18 years old and smoke with my best friend, we went to the gas station and i thought she was gonna hit every parked car along the way, we also bought every package of swiss cake rolls there were. from that day on i knew i would be a herbologist for the rest of my life.....

Man, I can't even remember my first time, that's how fucked up I got...I remember I was like 6, and my father was the one who got me started, but that's pretty much all I can remember, from that far back! haha

First time I tried it it got me SOOO wrecked it was like how I'd imagined LSD to be at that point (hearing/seeing things CLEAR AS ANYTHING in my minds eye/ear...you know where you think stuff and theres that voice in your head SAYING it...? That sounds really wierd but its the only way I can describe it - like when you listen to a song in your head without actually playing it anywhere or your "silent reading" - and the visual thing is when you suddenly realise you'd been visualising/daydreaming something to the point you suddenly realise you couldn't SEE what was in front of you...) - IMAGINE BOTH OF THEM GOING WHACKO AT THE SAME TIME!

i know EXACTLY what youre talking about... i havent smoked in a month a just now getting back into it... and thats happening to me now.

for me the first time i smoked and the first time i got high are not the same event. actually my lack of highness caused me to be a bit overconfident the second time i smoked and i ended up getting so high that i got left at the park because my dumb ass couldn't keep up. i was already a cigarette smoker so i don't think i inhaled "wrong" the first time. i remember having this discussion all the time in high school and there were plenty of us that didn't get high the first time. most did though. maybe the cannabinoid receptors need to be broken in on some people. i think that people who have almost NEVER come in contact with it before that first time are the ones who don't get high. my friend got high his first time but his mother was a big fat pothead, mine was not. just a theory.

The first time I got high was also the first time I got drunk.
That was one of the best nights of my life lol.

I think the reason some people say they dont get high their first time is because you actually have to learn how to enjoy the experience. Your brain has to interpret all these new sensations so sometimes people may not even realize what is going on their fist time.

I think so too.
I got one of my friends high for the first time and her eyes were red and almost closed and she said she wasn't high.
But you could clearly tell that bitch was blazed lol.
Like you said, I think she just didn't know wtf was going on lol.
