What's up with these plants

So I have 2 plants that pretty much went through hell in the beginning . The ph of my water was off for 2 weeks and I had extremely low humidity for that time period also. To make matters worse they also got burned when I fed nutes to the point that there main fan leafs just died off. To keep the shit coming These plants were also topped way to young, I topped at the 4th node but the plants were extremely small. The bright side is that they are still alive and recovering and are both are female with no sign of hermie However I don't know how they will turn out. They are not making big fan leafs instead they have a bunch of lateral branches that are all at about the same height and are making smaller sets of leaves. Will this plant still end up producing a decent amount or is it too far gone? I can only really give it another 2 weeks at most to veg since I have an nycd and blue dream that will be reaching their max veg height for my set up. So what should I do about these 2?
