Whats up with those cfl's??

where do yall get those spiral cfls at? are they from grow shops or walmart? what watt are they and what kind of lumen output? i am about to make a clone box and was wanting those type bc they dont get hot...

Walmart, 6500K. Wattage goes from 6 watts to 50 watts I have found. The bigger the better. DO NOT go by the "Equivalent" wattage output a 13 watt CFl might give out the equivalent light of a 100 watt incandescent, but it is still only 13 watts. Go big.

Yep Wal-Mart, or a home improvement store such as Home Depot or Lowes. I get mine at Lowes, four pack of 27w 6500K for $12.:peace:

I just picked up 6x 42 watt cfl for $43 on sale. They usually run $7-$10 for the 42 watters. google search cfl's u can find better deals online then in stores some times.
