What do you consider a 'good' pH? Your plants are showing deficiencies. I would encourage you to go back to your pH variables and be sure everything (feed, water, soil, etc) are all within the parameters best suited for your type of grow.

That doesn't look like soil. It looks like peat. If it is, your pH is off.

Can you please let us know exactly which medium it is you're using? Name brand or a photo will suffice.

If you're in soil, you should hover around 6.5 Try to dial it in and manage right around this and see what happens. 6 is going to be too low and 6.8 is borderline too high. Good luck.

I mixed it with perlite about 2 or 3 days ago to losen it up20200703_143633.jpg. For future plants i will use the good stuff

Well, the bag says soil, their literature says soil, but digging into the ingredients, it most definitely is not soil:

It's a peat-based product, meaning you should pH to 5.8-6.2.

This is why it is critically important to read the labels of the items you're using in the grow room.

It was given to me in a plastic bag, not what is pictured. But definitely will be careful next time. Thank you so so much!!!!! And even with the mixed perlite the ph you stated is good?

I'm confused. Does the picture show what you're using? That is, did your friend take some of the medium from the bag in the picture, put it into a different bag, and give it to you?

Yes , my friend said that they took from that bag , placed it into a plastic bag and gave it to me. I used it as is up until i was advised that the soil looked too dense.. which it is. So i was told to mix with perlite to loosen it up. So i mixed the soil from the pic you saw with some organic perlite.

OK. I understand now.

Keep the pH the same as I said above, 5.8-6.2. Do this with both plain water, as well as any nutrient/water mixes (after you've mixed in the nutrients).

Adding Perlite will not change what pH range you use.
