What’s wrong and how to fix!

What’s wrong? My stem tips have gotten soft and bendy, I think pests may be the small tiny dirt droppings and my trunk has developed a brown thin layer with whitish cream bumps. Infection of some sort? Everything was going great and they looked great but now they are looking sickly. Help please!!! It’s my first grow. Amnesias, General organic nute box, voodoo juice, and just added rhino skin to try and bring the girls back vibrant.

the white stuff is diatamaucus my autocorrect won’t spell it right but you get the gist.It helped get rid of pest. The black dirt aren’t visible outside of grow light.

No this is my first. And I’m panicking something is gonna ruin my grow.

It appears normal. That’s why I’m asking. Keep going! Don’t overwater.

Oh okay!!! It’s soft. The branches were sturdy now they are bendy. I’m preparing to go 12/12 in a couple days and didn’t wanna switch and something was wrong. I had a pest over run a couple weeks back but recovered quickly and got back to fast grow now things are slow. Humidity has been on the higher side.
