What's wrong with my baby? (Picture included)

Can someone please give me some insight on what is going on with my plant. Temperatures in my tent have been great 78 during light and 68 during dark. One of my plants seems to be getting light green spots and I can't figure out why. Any idea what could be the cause?

I have them in fox farm soil and have feed them once at a quarter strength of Fox Farm grow big.

I make sure my water has a ph of 6.5 every watering and they are under 4 4ft t8s

Is it me or are there bugs on some of those leaves

I see minor heat stress and cal def- if at all. I'd just keep an eye on it for now. :peace:

No bugs. Maybe a little soil
