whats wrong with my baby??please help

please help, what do u guys think? and my set up is pretty shizer, i live in an isolated community so things like ph down and proper nutes are almost impossible to come by. i was using for most of its life water with ph 6.9 but recently i found one with ph 6.5 and it made a difference but the leaves are not improving. lights are fine, fan is eh, nutes are okayish.

Damn man did you spray with the lights on? Also you can order proper nutes online

just use coco and good hydro nutes. I use them and never have to adjust the ph and i get all green leaves. With soil mixes ,potting mix etc the ph and salt build up is not good for growing.
