What's wrong with my plant?! Pic

Sup everyone, if anyone can tell me what's wrong with this plant down here I would be most grateful, some of my other plants are starting to take on the same characteristics and it's really sketchin me out.

Using 30 cites of the aeroflo60
All plants grown from seed
PPM at around 600
PH at 5.8 constant
2 circulating fans
C02 Regulator on 15 mins every half hour.

Floragro 1.5 ml per litre
Floramicro 1 ml per litre
Florabloom .5 ml per litre
Sweet 2.5 ml per litre
Hygrozyme 2 ml per litre
Bushmaster .25ml per litre
