What's wrong with my plant

My pants leaves are curling down and cupping similar to the shape an empty taco shell makes. it's the worst around the bud sites. I am the second week into flowering. I currently hand feed fox farm tiger bloom and big bloom with a ppm of around 1050. The pH is 5.8-6.2. I am using grow rocks as a medium and running a 400 watt hps 12/12. The rooms temp runs 68°f-75°f. I have central air and a fan so plenty of circulation. The light is about 15 inches from the top. I can't post pics as I am using my phone but I can email them. please help this poor nubie.

The plants are in 7" net pots. I water them 3 times a day. the fans are pointed directly at the plants. They did get alittle burnt by the light during the first week but this problem just started.

With out pictures its hard to say. I m gonna say the plant is Hypersentive to Nutrients. I personally think that 1050 PPM is to high. Your problem also sounds like salt build up and nutrient lock out. Pictures would do wonders...
