What's wrong with my plant?

Hi I attempted to top my kush plant last week and the leaves grew back half way and that was it and the new growth looks yellow and not healthy looking at all, I'm using half strength advance nutrients 3 part for nutrients what's wrong with my plant?

It looks like nute burn but I have never used advanced, hopefully someone with some info on them can tell you

This is a hard one we need more info, medium temps lights etc.

Using 4 t8 2850 lumen output fluorescent tubes 48", I don't know my medium temperature, but it's not to warm or anything, on the advanced nutrients bottle it says 2ml for plants with 3-4 sets of leaves and my plant had 5 so I used 1.5 ml of each, probably to much? I thought if it was less then what the bottle said I should be good for nute burn but guess now, I flushed them so let's see how it goes

Hydro? Soil? Coco?
