Whats wrong with my plant?

Leaves have white dust on them, so either you have been misting the crap out of them with hard water or you have powdery mildew. Tells us about your conditions:

You should put a RH meter of some kind in there. ($10 weather-station is fine assuming it gets decent reviews)

My guess is your plants are building up humidity in there and beginning to be killed by powdery mildew. This is caused by no airflow/exchange. You also likely have too little light for the space.

Things I expect you need:
1. RH meter/Weatherstation
2. Exhaust fan, duct, and filter
3. A small fan blowing air around in the grow space
4. More light.

You can hit them with a fungicide and they should recover, but without fixing the conditions, the bud will just rot.

Can, yes, should, probably not.

First, remember I'm guessing based on limited info and the pictures, so it's up to you to confirm your conditions are as I'm expecting, or tell me I'm wrong with new info we can work with.

I would recommend a two pronged approach to fix this, one, save the plant, kill the mildew.

1. Use Daconil or any other fungicide that works on PM. Note you should never use these after it starts to flower, and it's a nice additional step to wash them before flower if you use any spray on your plant.

2. Fix your grow design:
  • Air Exchange - At some minimum level you must exchange air in the grow. (plants need fresh CO2, humidity needs to leave, airflow reduces mold/mildew likelihood.
  • Air flow - One small fan that blows air gently around your room (may not be needed depending on exhaust fan setup)
  • RH - If exchange is too slow, but temps are ok, you can just add a dehumidifier, keep it 40-50 RH in veg, 30-45 RH in flower.
  • Lights - you need 5000-7500 lumens per square foot 53,750-80,625 lm/sq meter. Check your space, in veg you can be near the bottom or even a bit below those ranges, but in flower these ranges are required.

I can't wait to smoke that one, it's a pretty good yielder and has some awesome frost and smell. If it lives up to appearances and smell, I'm going to be in love. This one smells like it's a true right down the middle hybrid of c99 and Fire OG (stanky og with a citrus twist), so I'm really curious how the high will be and how it will actually taste.
 
You should probably pull those weeds and I'm not talking about the cannabis. What are you using for soil anyways?
 
All ganja taste good, and have different fealings, have you been growing something before? and what is your first plant?
 
I've grown for a few years now.

First plants were 2x Vision Northern Lights Auto while vegging a Royal Queen Sour D. Neither of them tasted like NL or SourD though. The NL was pretty good, the SourD would get you blazed, but the taste and structure was not very desirable. The SourD probably should have just been used for hash.
