What’s wrong with my plant?

This Jack Herer auto is on her 15th day and experienced what I was told was nutrient burn but is still growing. I removed the dead tips but now a few days later the new growth seems deformed with discolouration. What’s wrong and how can I fix her?

Humidity ~40%
 
Nutrient burn? Your setup is a mess. What medium is that and is there drainage? Throw it. Wrong way to run an auto. Read about final container and more.

It’s my first grow so it’s definitely not the best but I’d be grateful if you left tips. The medium is a normal soil mix. I figured I’d start in a solo cup to avoid overwatering then only transplant once bc of the fragility of autos. Any way I could save it to practice with and maybe get a few grams? Thanks.

Autos you plant in the final container. Once roots touch boundaries the clock starts ticking. Minimum size in my opinion is 3 gallons. Initial growth is disappointing as it sends roots out and stays short.

I say toss it but transplant immediately to try to get any bud off of it.
 
Agreed. Every auto I've grown has been finicky about messing with her as she grows, unlike photo varieties. I'd suggest planting it in its final container with some decent medium and see what happens. Another thing I've had growing autos is widely varying yields- from a few buds to over 5 oz.
