What's wrong with my plants?

All 3 of them are showing droopy leaves and look a little yellow. I used a little bit of sensi grow like 50-150ppm but my nutes are probably almost 6 years old. My area is a little warm due to the temps around here at this time of year but it cooled down when I upped my fan speed to 2. I have a 400watt MH on a lumatek digital ballast. They've only had nutes twice and are a little over 2weeks which makes me think they're small but they had shitty cfl and flouro tubes over them for the first week and a half. The one also has a dark spot appearing. Any info is greatly appreciated thanks guys

Soil (mixture of happy frog, ocean forest). I wait 2 weeks before I feed and put them under a mh bulb. They seem to like the cfl's better during their first two weeks and don't stretch near as much.
I got bad stretch with my cfl's that's why I moved them under the mh

Obviously overwatered, in my opinion.

Put a light fan on then and don't water for at least 5 days.

Hopefully your roots won't rot off in the meantime.

I've been making sure they dry almost entirely out before watering but I did notice my temps are pretty high could that be doing it?

Too young for nutes. Probably overwatered. Make sure those pots or cups...I can't tell... have good drainage holes. Small plants like that don't have enough root system to uptake very much water. Make sure it is dry before you water and only give a little.

Do NOT flush them!!! good lord they've barely started. Let them dry and develop their roots and yeah in a few days, they might perk up. Look at the soil, it is saturated.

Put them back under the cfls until recovery. They are shocked and overwatered. When plants are sick like this they require no nutes and almost no water and the 400w is too much too soon. Wait till the pot is much dryer.
