Whats wrong with my plants?

Hey guys! I'm pretty new to growing, just started my first 3 plants 2 and a half weeks ago. I water them when the containers start to "feel light" and I haven't really given them any nutrients, since they're so young still. Ice noticed my leaves starting to turn a little yellow, droop, and the tips starting to turn upwards. I don't really know what I'm lacking, please help!

Looks over watered.

How's the drainage at the bottom of the containers you are using?

I don't see any. Cut some holes on the bottom to let water run through + air come in.

Over watered or under and you just watered give them good light they will perk back up

I water them roughly once every 2 days, I also have 4 holes poked in The bottom of the containers... Should I poke more?

Recycling is great but how are you planning on transplanting those without pissing them off?

That's a good question... Haha. Haven't thought about that till you mentioned it.
