What's wrong with my seedling? (photos attatched)

So this is my first ever grow. I started off with 5 Dr Krippling Incredible Bulk seedlings now I'm down to 3, 2 of which seem to be doing well besides the fact they cant support themselves without tooth picks however the other one hasnt really grown grown for a few days now (its been about 6 days since they sprouted) and its starting to go yellow and curl up. I'm new to this and am pretty clueless as to why this is. any help would be much appreciated thanks
Btw the seedling I'm worried about is the third photo (visibly smaller one)

The third picture looks a little dry, you might want to replant into bigger containers. They look like they are in coco cups so you can just drop them right in

Yea - I was thinking the same thing when I saw that 3rd picture.

What light?? How far above plant.. Light too far away by the looks
Agree with you too. If I had to guess, he is doing CFL's/T5's but has the light several feet away from the plants

I'm using a 400 watt light and it's about 10 inches away so I dont think thats the problem Although they definately are a bit too tall but the tooth picks seem to be working fine. I started off with the llight a few feet away and gradually moved it closer

Thanks for the reply I thought I might have overwatered it so I stopped watering it as much as the others thats why it looks a little dry but it is moist under the first layer.

400w 10" away from seedlings is very intense and can damage them. I'm assuming it's the only light you have? I would recommend 2ft. away until they get bigger. This could be your issue, they're exposed to too much light. Seedlings can not utilize this intensity and will only stress them.
