whats wrong with my tangie plz

strain : tangie
outdoors
2 gallon fabric pot
ffof base+ super soil mix+ worm castings,compost
watered by weight every 3 to 4 days or so always ph’d between 5.9 - 6.8 usually with molasses, seaweed extract or silica, (usually will use the silica to bring the ph up)
any thoughts on why shes lookin a little funky?¿

Are you letting it dry out before each water?

My mantra is that PH is a load of old nonsense on anything other than a hydro set up - mine are watered with hard tap water with only nutrients in it (unmeasured at that) and look pretty healthy I'd say.

The "watered by weight" thing is interesting, and I would predict that may be your problem. I'd suggest you should only ever water "by eye" and respond to what the plant is telling you.

Those drooping thin leaves - I'd eat my hat if that isn't classic over-watering. I am no expert and other users may correct me, but it certainly looks like it. Whenever you do water, be sure to let the pots drain well. I don't think you're using a medium that drains particularly well - I personally use coco coir as it drains out extremely well and is highly oxygenated. I noticed genuine differences when swapping to coco coir from a peat-based soil.

Don't be frightened to really dry them babes out first and see if they recover.

This. They do look a little water bloated.
However, watering "by weight" is legit. It's the easiest way to know at that moment before your roots tap out (if you check often), and requires a little less of a keen eye.

usually early morning, when i say i let them get light i mean light. i use pumice for perlite,plus watering things get ridiculously heavy for two gallon pots. usually will get light about 3-4 days, i do have one in particular that just loves to drink every 2days, pot is unbelievably light by then.


Edit*: forgot to mention was transplanted about a week ago. figured that even if it was transplant shock, she woulda shook it off 2 days into her new home.

Urgh. I had to turn probably 50 yards worth of dirt that used crushed pumice last year. HEAVY.
I like the fact it doesn't float, though.
How long has it been looking a little sad?

about a day or two only noticed because its been pretty overcast heremost of my girls perk up nicely, this one for reason hsnt been perking at all just droopy slowest growing one thats forsure

Spittlebugs cause this, but they're a pretty obvious presence, and the base of your plant looks fine....
I had a few last year do this. Failure to thrive all year, put on maybe 3 inches of height in a full season. Sad, sad plants.
I had attributed it to a soil problem (or drainage problem, being raised beds on a rocky clay topsoil), because the year before, the same boxes had problems, purportedly.
I was in that aforementioned pumice mix, too. I'm not saying it's the pumice, because I had plenty of boxes using the same mix come out fine
Flush soil and follow with some kelp foliar, maybe.
Not to say we're on the same boat, but possibly...

Your plants show typical overwatering signs with tips of the leaves curling and signs that they need oxygen. ASAP . If you watering every 3/4 days clearly your misjudging when to water .
Step 1 start watering every 5/6 days now because they need to recover and watering every 4days not working
Step2 .Poke some wholes in soil asap to help them get oxygen and recover .
Step3 since you not sure when to water start determining when to water by looking at the root base where the roots wrap around soil when that start to become dry then you water . The root base becoming dry is a good reference point that you need water for beginners.. . no sooner. If you have feminized plants definitely be careful

I've been growing Tangie indoors for about a year.
They like a lot of light/heat. Might be early for outside yet depending where you are.
They also like to be topped.

I've had some issues with ployploidism with them (Crockett Family Farms seeds).
Not on all buds but a couple per plant.

It's kind of a low yielder indoors with smallish sativa style buds, but the taste and aroma is second to none.
I crossed a male with a buddier Rainbow and got some wonderful producing babies.

Oh, and it's the perfect buzz. Clear and uplifting.
Love the Tangie, though I'm kind of tired of growing it at the moment.
