If it’s just one plant and all the others are fine under the same conditions, I want to say it’s a soil-borne virus or fungus.

Aside from sending samples to a lab, it’s only guesswork, but the leaves folding down like that and clawing are pretty common symptoms of microbial disease, so either virus or fungus or bacteria.
A perfect diagnosis isn’t necessary because whatever is going on with that plant is systemic and won’t go away. Your best hope is just to keep it alive to salvage as much flower as you can — it’s not going to miraculously recover, no matter what you do. But it’s not necessarily going to die immediately either, so just make sure it’s got enough ventilation, not too high temps, etc. My guess is it’s not going to be able to fully utilize nutrients, so don’t overdo it with those or water.
Long story short, it’s on its way out but you can still wring some juice from that turnip. Also, phytological diseases of this type don’t affect humans like they do plants, so it’s not going to get you sick or anything.

Way way too much nitro - claw leaf , dark shine .
You need to pump brakes on feeding .... that plant is burnt up.
Such a heavy stressor like this can really fuck up a plant - stunt / stall , malformed flowers, etc.

Do this :
Stop all feed , water only ( when dry ) , hopefully she will just slowly pull thru excess.
But watch her .... if she doesn’t drink or improve let’s say in a week or so ...... it is what it is .

But why would this be the only plant reacting this way if there are others getting the same nutes, etc? The way the OP described it, this is an issue particular to this one plant while others are fine under same conditions.

Different strains require/can handle vastly different nutrient levels. Hell even different phenotypes of the same strain. Thats why people recommend against filling a tent with all different strains when your running hydro. Soil is more forgiving but you can still fuck that up too. Of my current 7 strains, 3 got hungry, 3 were starving, and 1 was overfed. They were all in the same medium getting the same nutrients.

Most us hobby growers like to run at least 4 strains lol. Makes everything more difficult but variety is the spice of life!

This one is northern lights from MSNL but it kept getting worse after I stopped feeding and only watered

The damaged leaves may not improve with the change — I was about to ask about the new leaves, but realize it’s probably far enough in flower that you’re not really seeing any.
Probably at this point, your best strategy is minimizing further damage and keeping the plant alive to salvage the harvest. Someone may correct me on this, but it would be near-miraculous to see those damaged leaves become healthy and vibrant again.
