so @BurnzyBurnz , I know it doesn't look good, but i gotta be honest, it's looking fine. Your going to finish and get a great yield it looks like.. as @SPLFreak808 said, more info would help diagnose, the more info the better.

Yea I realize the calmag issue I just get worried adding 4-0-0 to my bloom nutes which is 3-6-6 but maybe I should more often. I'm using coir, soil mix and ph'ing @ 6.5 I feed every couple days and water accordingly. Admittedly I have not been consistent on using R.O there are times when I use tap but not often at all.

When did the manganese spotting appear? After a heavy feed or after using tap?
You could be hitting her too hard with the nutes being high in p/k & that will throw off nutrient uptake by pH.
