What's your method of dry / cure large outdoor harvesters?

i have a 12 x 30 container in my driveway that is for drying harvests and working on / tinkering with bikes and gear ....
big leaf first if i have time . then buck down to 12-14" branches and hang on lines/ hangers.
then once i get snappy smaller stems into a big rubbermaid tote bucked down to nugs to burp . then into trukey bags or 14 dash (size) vac seal bags (the 11 inch rolls) and ito the safe to cure and wait to be trimmed..
