When can I begin to water my plants normal

Hello first time grower here doing an outdoor solo cup and I was wondering when I can start watering heavier rather that just giving a good mist on the tops. They are growing a little slow but making progress I’m just worried about 1 really because very little still and fell over once. The biggest one is working on its 2nd set of serrated leaves.

Once the roots fill out the cup you can start watering "normal". They probably just have one little tap root right now.
