I am about 22 days into Flowering. the plants look good but I am wondering whens a good time to start clipping away some of the leaves that are just blocking light from hitting some of the flowers on the lower branches.
When can i clip off the leaves?

Do Not cut the leaves! Tie them out the way or to the branches pulling the bud sites into the light. Cutting your leaves will stunt your plant in all ways
