Hey everyone, just planted 5 feminized white widow seeds a little over a week ago... The temperature is a little high (81-87), esp. after putting in a 250W HPS light in, and I've read (i think) that if CO2 levels are high then the temperature can (and should be) higher than the normal 70-80 range... so my question is if CO2 can be introduced to the plants when they're so young?
Since i'm posting i'll go ahead and ask some other questions:
1) cheapest/easiest/safest (for the plants) way to get rid of some little bugs (look like gnats)?
2) in reference to the high temps. - right now there's a fan positioned on the wall above the light fixture, it points directly on top of the light and the air moves around the bottom (enough to give the plants some incentive to strengthen their stems). should i move the fan (or get a new one) to point at the bulb? how much should that help in the temps?
Thanks a lot in advance for help on these questions - i may post some pics later so i can get some feedback on the set-up
