When can these be put in the dirt?

I'm up in northern california, its kinda cloudy here some days still but gettin mostly sunny, about 13-15hrs of light on a good day.

This is my second outdoor grow, 3rd grow total but going outdoors since I don't have my 600w HPS right now.

Im growin
small mazar clones abotu 3-4 weeks old maybe 4-5 inches tall
Cheese clones about 6 weeks I am guessing but about a foot tall almost
sour diesel clone lookin real good about 2 feet tall almost 2 months old approx
Goo clones about the same size as mazar but the stems are almost 3x as thick

I am going to use GH floragrow for veg and probly some tiger bloom for flowering with foxfarm ocean soil.

When do you guys recomend I put them in the dirt?

I am gonna have a cheap green house type plastic cover over them besides one side.

Any help on how to transplant them, pointers etc is happily welcomed.

well farmers always used to sow there fields when the average temreture gets above 6degreesC but as long as its not getting below freezing at night you should be fine.
i usally plant in late april - early may but im further north than you.

plant in april i just came across some cheese clones myself have you smoked any cheese if so how do you like it
