When do I start with nutes with rooted clones?

I just finished rooting clones in my bubble cloner. and I just put them in my ebb flow hydro system in rockwool cubes. When do you people start adding nutes? Right after I put them in the cubes, I watered them from the top with Root propagater. IT says to use that and then wait a week and then start with the nutrient schedule at week one. I am using Holland Secret Nutrients.

I give mine nutes at low dosage as soon as I see roots. Then as soon as I put them in to my table and switch to 12/12 (within a few days of showing roots) they get almost full strength nutes (I start at 1200ppm and then next nute change it goes up to 1500ppm)
