when the days start to get shorter like most places unless you grow indoors then you control tht not tryin to be a smartass but thts pretty much how it wrks as for a specific month r date cant tell little diffrent everywhere maybe someone lives in tht area will pop up and give you a better guestamation

Pot is a photoperiod plant. Seasonal temps and conditions have much less to do with flowering than days shortening. As the plants sense less hours of light it signals them to reproduce. Depends too on the strain you're cultivating. But guessing I would say in a few more weeks.

every plant i've seen outdoors recently is at LEAST preflowering/stretching
most are beginning to create some calyxes
i assume ohio is the same
a plant that starts flowering in september could not be grown in michigan or in ohio
not finished anyway

also - in ohio most crops need to be in a week before the corn
