hey how do you no wen the plants are done, about 50% of my hairs are red, so does that mean there done?

i have had this plant for about three months and i looks like im going to barly get a gram off of her y is that, and i used the lst method?

Looking at the hairs is like the first sign of maturing but definitely not what you want to go by, you want to look at the trichomes. So when the hairs are mostly amber AND withered, trichomes over %50 amber, and most important the plant should just look done, it should have golden glow to it, then its ready. But every strain is different so that just general.

Cut a little piece off the plant and dry it, then smoke it. If it gets you blazed the way you want it then do it. If you want to try and wait till it's a little more mature, repeat the process and then decide for yourself. Just dont let the hairs get a nasty dark color cause then it's trash because honestly it all boils down to growers choice when to cut. Some strains smoke better than others at different cutting times Good luck.

goto radio shack and buy a $12 pocket microscope, look at trichomes, thats the best way to tell.
