When Do You Take Your Clones Out Of The Tent?

When do you guys take your clones out of the prop tents and introduce them to the world? And what do you prefer to do with them immediately after removing?
I have had 90 %success with root growth on many batches. Some plants even will start to form new leaves still in the tent. However, when I remove them, it seems a battle with leaf curl and/ or drying will be my next step. I'm only vegin with floro's and i keep em 6" from the top.
I have 68-78 room temp throught the day.

I use a bubble cloner and don't use a hood. I've always gotten roots with it. I dont bother with tents or domes, and actually have them in the veg area with the others waiting to go to flower. The bubble cloner I have under tube floro's is so close the leaves always touch the light, but those lights dont get hot to the touch so its not a problem.

I think i'm gonna go ahead and try aeroponics on the next batch then. Thanks
