Great thank you!I think usually people consider the sprout a seedling untill its got like three nodes then you veg as long as you want. And it when you start 12/12 the plant begins the flower phase
and your seedling and veg phase are pretty much the same thing
Do you consider that flowering starts the day you swap to 12/12 or after the plant stretches to its max height and then begins to "flower"..Don't even bother counting veg days, just go on the height you need to flower at eg the height of the room.
after 7 days of flowering there 1 week old
Great reply, thank you for the information!Flowering starts the second the light has been flipped to 12/12,
But it takes the plant 12/14 days to get into flower mode, hit em with big bud at the end of week 2 this makes thing run along a little faster,
Keep the light has close to the tops for first 3 week of flowering or you will get strech, after that i higher the lights to around 1 1/2 ft of the tops gives out a better ark of light but my room hurts your eyes i run 3 x 600's.
Never rush flowering to be honest i only ever have two dates written down the big bud day the pk 13/14 after that the plants tell me where they are at and when there ready for a flush.
My grow's are done by ec not weeks 1 st week flowering 1.4
second week 1.5 ec,at around the time i add pk i bump them up to 1.6
Veg
week 1 -1.1ec
week 2 1.2 ec
week 3-1.3 ec
week 4-1.4ec
Awesome, thank you!some people count from the flip, some count when they see pistils
Great, that's exactly what I was trying to figure out.never count from when you see pistols you all ways count from the light change by counting from seeing pistols would mean flowering would run well over, time wise the thc would start to de- grade,
even more so if you are not growing from clones and doing fem seeds, more than likely the plant would throw you seed by flowering for too long.
would it be beneficial to remove all the fan leaves I'm growing b cheese and their r loads of them I feel like they r smothering the smaller stemssome people count from the flip, some count when they see pistils
