right now my plants are in the veg cycle and growing bigger everyday, but whens the next 12/12 for so cal residents, when can expect to see buds forming

i planted on 4/20

12/12 doesn't matter in outdoor growing.

It depends on the strain what time it will finish. Probably some time in October.
