When should I be concerned about males?

I got a bunch of seedlings going that are bursting although there only about 3 weeks old when should I be concerned about weaning out males??

when you can see the nuts hanging from the branches, which wont be till the 2-3rd week of flower

I'm new too, so this is the blind leading the blind but based on my research you'll start to sex your babies around the second week of flowering. And you should be checking daily once flowering starts for sex. As soon as you see the 'nuts' kill the males asap. You still have like 2 months of vegging, so don't sweat it for now dude.

There are a bunch of threads on sexing plants here, give them a quick review. Like the others said it's going to be a little while into 12/12 before they show the sex. It may sound like it's not going to be easy, when they are right in front of you...it's pretty easy.
