When Should I Harvest?

Im growing Nirvana Auroara, it was a pretty hard strain too maintain but its all good. I have a problem my Rollitup Family, it says that it flowers 7-9wks. Now is that the first day I see flowers or is it when I switch to 12/12. Im coming up on my 9wk this friday from when I switch to 12/12!!! My Trichomes are milky/amber/clear and some even have lil red heads... Here are some pics I took hope they'll help!!!

Chop Chop Chop....anytime the trichomes are 1/3 cloudy, 1/3 clear, 1/3 amber it is a great "high"...if you wait till it is 1/2 cloudy,1/2 amber it will a be a "head" couch like high. i usally shoot for the first one
